All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. 

100% Size Guarantee & Exchanges:

We know that sizing is important and guarantee it! In order to initiate an exchange by emailing customer service at help@clubfitwear.com. All exchanges are for the same item. If we do not have stock we will issue store credit. To exchange a shirt, ship your order back to us with the packing list and let us know the desired size for the exchange. You cover the cost of shipping, and we'll cover it to send it back. Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. Please follow up with an email to help@clubfitwear.com with your TRACKING NUMBER so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Important: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and otherwise clean with size tags attached.

Defective Items

Please email customer support at help@clubfitwear.com with a photo of your shirt. We will process & get your replacement to you asap. 

Note garments may vary slightly in size, color, texture, and shape from the photos online.

VIP Membership Cancelation Policy:

A week notice prior to your next charge is required to cancel, please contact Jess at help@clubfitwear.com to process a cancelation. We also allow a 1-month hold on accounts without losing your current pricing. If missed, you will be subject to current rates on VIP membership plans.
